Religious Trauma & Substance Use Through the Holidays: Collaborative Learning with Liz & Chris

Join Liz and Chris for a panel-style collaborative learning space focused on assisting and supporting clients with religious trauma and problematic substance use through the holiday season. This will be a conversation and discussion focused on answering questions and making space for learning from the panelist as well as each other.

Liz Rhea is a licensed social worker, private practice owner, and content creator who specializes in religious trauma. Christian Brown is a licensed clinical social worker, certified clinical supervisor, and substance use specialist in private practice in Georgia.

From Isolation to Connection: Supporting the Whole Family in Substance Use Recovery

Join presenters Casey Schrader, LCSW, CFCS and Jessica Alexander, LMFT for a 3-hour workshop exploring working with a family system in recovery, utilizing a systems perspective, and involving each member of the family unit in care, as well as facilitating individual therapy for someone impacted by their loved one’s problematic substance use, including adult children, partners, parents, and community members of substance users.
